Standard shipping is free with all orders over the value of $100, this is excluding The Barbell Jack, Dumbbells, Rigs & Racks. All orders under $100 will attract a $9.95 shipping cost.
The Barbell Jack will attract a shipping cost of $16.75 Australia Wide. Express shipping is not available on this break.
Dumbbells, Rigs & Racks attract cartage regardless of the spend, this is due to the weight. Express shipping is not available on this product.
International (Includes New Zealand)
All orders placed from outside of Australia will attract shipping and this is calculated at checkout. The price will be determined by weight and location.
Rigs & Racks are currently not available outside of Australia.
Handling Time:
GND Fitness strive to get all orders received before 2pm (AEDT) shipped out the same day. Your item will be shipped from our warehouses, in either Victoria or South Australia, depending on inventory and your location. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following business day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship weekdays only (Monday-Friday). We don't shipping Saturday's, Sunday's or Public Holidays. Orders received after 2pm (AEDT) Friday to Monday, will be shipped on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a Public holiday.
For all orders within Australia & New Zealand allow up to 8 business days for your product to arrive depending on your postal area. If more than 10 business days have passed please check your tracking number provided. If more than 12 business days pass please email us at sales@gndfitness.com.au to review the status of your order.
Carriers:
GND Fitness use multiple carriers depending on your location and weight of the product purchased. For majority orders Australia Post is the preferred courier. A tracking number will be provided when the order is dispatched.
Please note that couriers do not operate on Public Holidays and these days do not count as a business day.

When will my order be processed?
All orders that are placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday, will be sent out the same day the order is placed. Delivery & tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post for majority of our orders (World Wide) and some local courier partners within Victoria. You’ll receive an email shortly after you have checked out with your tracking details
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
How will my order come?
Your order will be packed within a GND sachet or a GND box and you will find a thank you card.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contact first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Product with obvious signs of use and/or open. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds/Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once you are approved, then you will receive another email with the store credit details to the value of the product only. The store credit will automatically be applied to your account, providing you have created an account with GND Fitness.
Any shipping or shipping insurance paid is non refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different colour please send us an email at sales@gndfitness.com.au and you will be advised if possible.
Shipping
To return your product, you will need to mail your product to the address that will be provided once you have contacted GND Fitness at sales@gndfitness.com.au
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your product it is important that you are using a traceable shipping service (request a tracking number) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
